Colorado Trigger Point Dry Needling Status


Dry Needling is accepted internationally as a tool of physical therapy.

Physical Therapy clinicians throughout the country are working with their state boards to gain acceptance of this technique.

Colorado TDN State Status

Currently Colorado has approved the Trigger Point Dry Needling technique.  It is a requirement of the state that Level I and Level II be completed for a total of  46 hours.  Therapists have 6-8 months to complete level 2 after completion of level 1.
