Following an extensive investigation by the Practice Affairs Committee, the AAOMPT Executive Committee has determined that dry needling is within the scope of physical therapist practice.

GEMt has its own Diagnostic Ultrasound unit to develop and teach safe techniques in treating challenging muscles and show real-time imaging during  the advanced training course (Level II).
